The
Provence is gorgeous in all seasons but particularly from February to
mid-November. Our very recent
house (bastide) is built on the private and gated resort of Pont Royal
near the small village of Mallemort (Bouches-du-Rhône) located half way between Avignon
and Aix en Provence, on the outskirts of the National Park of LUBERON and near the mountain ridge of the ALPILLES.
Within easy reaching distance are also famous sightseeing places
such as Lourmarin, St Rémy de Provence, Les Baux de Provence, and also
The Pont du Gard, Vaison la Romaine, Cassis.
On
the hills and among the pine forests of Pont Royal are to be found hamlets
constituted of newly built bastides in the Provence style; an 18-hole-golf
course (par 72), designed by Severiano Ballesteros, ranged among the best
European golf courses and which offers a challenging game on an enjoyable
course for all players; a touristic Pierre & Vacances resort featuring
grocery and various shops, restaurants, an olympic size swimming pool, a
wave pool, tennis courts, a horse ranch.
Also available are several restaurants.
With a surface of 250 m2 (2’500 ft2) and a
private swimming pool (equipped with children protection alarm), located
directly along hole No 15, our bastide has a garage for two cars, a laundry
room with washing machine, and a fuel oil central heating system.

by 5 bay windows leading to the covered terrasse (big outdoor table and
chairs also available), the 10 x 5 meters (30 x 15 ft) swimming pool (can
be lit at night) and right on the golf course.

cleaning at end of stay and pool maintenance is
included.
